The following terms and conditions apply to all Gardener's Edge promotions:

Only one promo code can be used per order. Offers do not apply to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Discount applies to merchandise only and is based on order subtotal; excludes tax and shipping charges. Discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards. Discount is reflected after promo code is entered on the shopping cart or checkout page. Promo code must be entered prior to completing/submitting your online order.

Some brands and products are not eligible for discounts. This includes (but is not limited to): Arborwear, Tecnu, Hanna Instruments, poly film, shade fabric, power tools, Tree Diaper, SnowJoe, and all Silky saws, blades, and replacement parts.

For all shipping-related promotions: Free and reduced shipping applies to standard ground delivery to the 48 contiguous states only. This offer excludes motor freight, oversized shipping, next day or second day shipping. Orders weighing 120 pounds or more, items marked as “motor freight delivery”, or a combination of items which may exceed the size and weight requirements of our ground carrier must be shipped by motor freight/common carrier and are not eligible for free shipping. Offer cannot be combined with other promo codes.

For all free gift promotions: Offer is limited to one free gift per qualifying order, while supplies last. No substitutes or monetary value exchange available. Free item will auto-add to shopping cart after the promo code is applied.

For all clearance and sale price items: Reduced pricing only applies to current items in stock. Reduced pricing on select merchandise is as marked and is subject to change without notice. Past purchases are not eligible for reduced pricing. If a product sells out at the reduced price, no substitutions will be made.

Having trouble applying a promo code?

We're sorry that you're having trouble with your promo code. Here are some common reasons that a promo code may not work:

1. The promo code was entered incorrectly (ensure there are no spaces in the code)
2. The promo code has expired
3. Your order does not meet the promo code eligibility requirements (minimum order value, eligible products, etc.)
4. A particular item, brand, or category is excluded from the promotion
5. Another promo code was already applied
6. The promo code has already been used (most promo codes have a limit of one use per customer)
7. Free shipping promotions are valid exclusively for orders with Standard Shipping in the continental US only (lower 48 states)
8. If you found a code on a third-party coupon site, it may be expired or invalid. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of promo codes listed on third-party websites

To troubleshoot promo code issues, you can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser. Alternatively, you can try checking out with a different browser or device. Also turn off any browser extensions that may interfere with your shopping experience.
